9/12/08- TWD's Agenda for the Day- 14 Days and She Still Didn't Do Her Homework?! (Part 2)

Here's another disaster of a statement from this Governor. She linked 9/11 with Iraq. Um, Gov Palin, even Bush, Cheney, and the commentators on the "right" stopped doing that a few years ago. Like, in 2005. Two THOUSAND AND FIVE!

The pathetic defense from the SOP this morning and last night in regards to her disaster of an interview with Charlie Gibson was that many don't know the Bush Doctrine, and that is true. To quote Gibson, here is what the doctrine is, as he told her during the interview:
The Bush Doctrine, as I understand it, is that we have the right of anticipatory defense. We have the right to preemptively strike any other country that we believe is going to attack us.

Now, as mentioned above the quote, if you ask a family member or a friend today to tell you what this doctrine is, they probably couldn't tell you what it is. But that isn't the point though. As a state Governor of this country, a potential Vice President of this country, and a member of the incumbent party currently in the White House, the fact that Palin was shocked, flustered, and silenced for a few precious seconds because she didn't know what the docrtine was highly alarming. This is the main foreign policy agenda of this disasterous and shameful administration. The policy that has damaged this country's moral standing in this world severly.
It showed how she knows little, and how unqualified she is to be the pick, over more experienced women in the party like Kay Bailey Hutchinson and Susan Collins.

And most importantly, how reckless and uncaring John McCain is about "you" after making this pick based off his "trusted judgement." Unless "you" are a fervent supporter of "Country Club Economics" or really poorly-informed.

The Washington Post has the Palin "9/11=Iraq" quotes on their front page today. And the always great Abbreviated Pundit Round Up from DemFromCT at the Kos will make you informed, happy, and laugh at the same time.

In the Comments section right below this sentence, the agenda is there, and I wish you a good day.
