Believe it or not, Ted Stevens is a human being just like you and me. And he showed an empathetic side that you rarely see from him today in his final remarks in the Senate.
The liberal online community, however, certainly won't shed a tear. And neither will his Republican colleagues in the Senate, nor the citizens he will soon use to represent in Alaska.
