Politico's Roger Simon Askes The Stuipest Question Of The Day..............And His Answer Is Even WORST

Roger Simon, the Politico columnist and part of Chirs "Tweety" Matthews buddy buddies on his show, is by all intensive purposes, a world class idiot.

And he has done something that I thought was certainly impossible to even attempt. No, not a 1080 slam dunk (because a 720 has already been accomplished), but as the title of this post indicates, he has accomplished just that.

Now what was the stupid question, and how was he able to even top that level of daftness?

The question was this:

Yes, it was so unbelievable that Simon, especially in this current political climate, would even ask that question. Just to make sure that he and Hackio were in full jest and being totally facetious, I had to just click on (and give these fools more traffic) that link.

And then, this is what the page showed:

Okay, okay, I'm thinking that maybe I shouldn't judge a book by its cover, and read the article to see if there was any possibly that Simon would at least answer his dumb question with an obvious answer. It had to purely be a hypothetical question at the very least. Right?

Totally wrong was I. Simon is dead serious in this piece on his supposed analysis.
North Korea’s recent decision to detonate an underground nuclear bomb and also test a short-range missile leaves Washington with only one question: WWDCD?

That’s right: What would Dick Cheney do?
Simon continues in the insanity by even chastising President Obama for his statements on Monday on North Korea's actions
So far, President Obama has addressed the crisis only with words.
He sadly didn't stop there, and offered up what has got to be in contention for the most egregious paragraph of the year written by a supposed neutral, centrist figure.
Obama did not say what that action was going to be, however. “The United States will never waver from our determination to protect our people and the peace and security of the world,” he said.

Blah, blah, blah, blah. All this must sound pretty weak to a Cheney-Limbaugh ticket. That ticket would be for direct, swift, concrete action, the kind of action that can routinely be found on the TV show “24” and other fantasies.
What can you say about that paragraph? The "Blah, blah, blah", the cheering of a Cheney-Limbaugh ticket, the fawning over them getting on their inner Jack Bauer?

I'm just numb at how stunningly reckless this shame of a column that Simon wrote (and Hackio published)is.

It's fitting that Simon thankfully ends this mess with four more awful questions that he thinks Cheney and Limbaugh's mentally challenged selves will ask in the next week about Obama's action towards the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, especially this last one:
4. Why isn’t somebody being waterboarded right now? It has worked so well in the past.
I guess Simon doesn't mind bringing up torture tactics. Because he just gave the readers of his column, especially myself, just that.
