"We Can't Pass The Senate Bill"

Realizing that passing the Senate bill as it stands would be potentially very damaging, the last coalition of figures in the way of a monstrosity bill going into law has told the Speaker of the House they cannot pass the Senate bill.

The meeting, which took place not too long ago, re-emphasizes the drama of the situation aggrandizing by the millisecond
“We cannot support the Senate bill — period,” is the message that liberals delivered to the Speaker, Dem Rep Raul Grijalva told me in an interview just now.

Some had hoped Pelosi would push liberals to get in line behind this approach, in hopes of expediting reform, but that didn’t appear to happen in this meeting. Pelosi mostly listened, Grijalva said, adding: “We didn’t get any declarative statement from her.”
The immense pressure that everyone is in could lead to a standoff between both chambers of Congress
Tellingly, House liberals also urged Pelosi to consider passing individual pieces of reform through the House as individual bills, and sending them to the Senate to challenge the upper chamber to reject them, Grijalva tells me. Liberals said this approach would be preferable to passing the Senate bill.
And the strong progressive figure that is the Arizona Congressman is in full display at this most crucial juncture
For instance, Grijalva said, why not send the Senate individual bills that would, among other things, nix the “Cadillac” tax or close the donut hole, pressuring the Senate to deal with each provision separately?

“If the Senate chooses not to close the donut hole, that’s their damn problem,” Grijalva said. “They’ve had it too easy. One vote controls everything. Collectively, we’re tired of that.”
House Progressives know that the Senate bill still is serious political ramifications waiting to transpire if it becomes thee final bill overall.

The obvious questions will continue to linger. Will the White House realize that reconciliation could make the situation drastically better than it is now, and coerced Harry Reid to that option? Obama's declaration of seating "Cosmo Nude truck guy" into office could be a sign of that happening.

Or will it be reconciliation to repeat the Senate bill at verbatim as Pelosi reportedly is requesting (as David Shuster said on Twitter).

The former choice is a million times better than its latter counterpart. Will they have the courage to place themselves and the nation in a more much auspicious position?

That is still clearly to be determined.
