More to come on TWD Saturday.

Updated Version

Unsurprising, the man who somehow called Harry Reid of all careful, centrist politicians a "rumor mongerer," is siding with the centrist-left (though really great) guy in Michael Eric Dyson over the rationally liberal Glen Ford on Obama being a centrist.

Coates also agrees with James Fallows, Atlantic statesman in centrism, that Obama's DNC speech fell flat.

Well, what did Coates expect?

Obama is an aggressive, non-lying centrist in the job field where that is the easiest minimal requirement to be considered legitimate by everyone (conservative nutcases aside). He gave the centrist solid speech, and that's all there really is to it if one has been doing their homework and paying attention.

There will be more on a later date of Coates overrated value as a much ballyhooed thinker a little later, but for now, here's other stuff down below.

More on this in the next post, but a chilling thought about how if the USTA did that to Taylor Townsend, imagine what other awful things they could be doing?

Brendon Ayanbadejo and Chris Kluwe win the week.

A jaw-dropping and great explanation on why there is not a single Italian driver in Formula 1 this year, the first time that has happened since 1969 ahead of this week's Italian Grand Prix at legendary Monza.

Chris Lighty is forever the man in music. I don't know what went down with his wife, and neither do most of you. Hopefully he's resting in heaven.

And LOL (Thanks Jesse).
