The win gives Georgetown a legitimate chance to get a top #4 seed in the NCAA Tournament on Sunday now, while Syracuse still should be a #1 seed regardless of the lost of both the game and inside force Arinze Onuaku. Onuaku's injury is a serious concern for Jim Boeheim team's national title chances, but they along with Kansas and Kentucky were already locks for a top seed even before conference tournament week.

When you have at least three of the top four teams in the country, such as Connecticut, Louisville and Pittsburgh, it is a testament to just how tremendous the conference is, from its coaches all the way to even its walk on players.
