On the day they get Nate McLouth , The Atlanta Braves released their future Hall of Fame pitcher Tom Glavine , who is clearly at the end of his tremendous career despite pitching sixth scoreless innings in a Class A rehab start. The move, lead by GM frank Wren has caused a major shock because of that, and it has clearly made Glavine angry. "He wants to pitch. He feels great," Gregg Clifton said to Olney. "He's still shocked about being released by a team he's been a member of, and he's not prepared to retire. He looks forward to pitching again in 2009."
