Music Thread #1 for 10/14/08- Madonna Has Some Harsh Words For Palin
Once again, I apologize for not posting a music news thread in a few days. Times get hectic, and that has been the case recently. In fact, it has always been the case, but you catch my drift. Anyway, here is the first of two news threads in the music world today (I promise there will be two). (Photo: Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images ) Haha, those Philly fans on Saturday will have a hard time beating Madonna in having the most disgust for Sarah Palin in this country (outside of Alaska and Walt Monegan of course). This is too hilarious : Madonna first banned the governor from the tour. In between sets, she screamed, "Sarah Palin can't come to my party! Sarah Palin can't come to my show!" As the week progressed, Madonna even threatened to "kick her ass." HAHAHAHAHAHA. Maybe the label was so freaked out that they had to say something to the material girl. "It's a metaphor," she said.
