In the old days, when you nationally embarrass yourself on TV by spelling a word wrong, you would never even contemplate calling any other person "stupid." And when you do it twice.....TWICE.... ...well, yeah. But nowadays, the human mind of being abashed at yourself yet somehow having the gall to label someone "stupid" doesn't exist anymore : No question it's a winner of the..... .....Straight Jacket Award for today.

How many times are we going to see this stupidity revisited over and over again. Why does Vaseline hate dark skinned people? Is "Being light as you can be" their only company ethos? Okay folks, the Straight Jacket Award of the week, given to the nuttiest individual of the week with the most news impact, will be given later tonight. The two favorites for this award are clearly both Sue Lowden and Jan Brewer, with me favoring Lowden only because we can laugh at her "Chicken Bartering", while we can't laugh at Brewer signing "The Lou Dobbs" Bill into law two days ago. However though, there is one candidate that on other weeks would be a prime target for the prize. I still can't get over how we still give attention to this mean nutcase of an individual named Naomi Campbell .

And they probably may never be cured. It happened yesterday, but it was just too crazy not to give this..... ....the Straight Jacket Award of the week.
