SOP Senators Make Terrible Comedians

( SOP for those who don't know stands for Sad Obnoxious Party ) Now a lot of people have used Ricky Ricardo and that famous phrase plenty of times. Even cartoons targeted for kids have used it (I think an episode of Rocko's Modern Life used it, but I maybe wrong). So from the basis, it wasn't too offensive. However, it was just another poor effort at being funny from an out of touch Senator in Coburn. He made some people laugh though since it came out of nowhere and was both bizarre and random. But to use that one in front of a Puerto Rican American who is about to become the next judge on the Supreme Court is well, not smart at all.

10/30/08- TWD's Agenda For The Day: SOP Chairman Shows How Out Of Touch He And His Party Is

From the great Jed Lewison : NRSC Chairman John Ensign of Nevada not only essentially concedes defeat at the presidential level, but also blames voters for the GOP's failures, saying that they have "mistakenly" blamed Bush for the nation's economic woes. The real culprits, according to Ensign? Congressional Democrats and their "overregulation." Lewison concludes: Just another Republican living in the state of denial. Sadly, that still is the case, for me, that is so hard to understand. How literally "out oft ouch" and insensitive prominent members of this party are at this point of their well-known deterioration is stunning to say the least. The Agenda's P.S. is in the Comments section.

Another Devastating Obama Ad, Slamming McCain's and the RNC's Hapless Ayers Ads

Here's me practicing a little "fair and balanced" for some of those who still think I ride the "partisan colors." Here are the Ayers ad's from both John McCain (notice, no name funny or potentially insulting last name changes on this thread): His pathetic campaign's ad And the RNC's lame creation themselves: See, I have been generous enough to give them a chance at more page views. See how down the line I am?! Now, without further ado, here is the harsh hitback from Obama released this morning, on "Satur"Day, with transcript: NARRATOR: John McCain admits if the election is about the economy, he’s going to lose. (Photo of Obama....Graphic quoting the McCain campaign as quoted in the Daily News on October 5: "If we keep talking about the economy we’re going to lose.") NARRATOR: Now as Americans lose their jobs and savings... (Still photo of stockbrokers) NARRATOR: ...McCain’s resorting to smears and false attacks...
