The rapper will perform alongside Kid Rock during the Awards show, which takes place tonight (November 12) in Nashville, Tennessee. While African-American “Hick Hop” artist Cowboy Troy graced the CMA stage in 2004, Lil' Wayne is surely the first hardcore Hip-Hop artist to ever set foot on the Awards Shows’ stage. I am totally on his side with this one, I really am. And it is going to be funny to see the reaction of people in the crowd when this happens.
