The runthrough: Thankfully for Beanie Sigel and all that know him, he did not sustain serious injuries in a car accident he was in on Saturday night According to representatives for the rapper, a large tractor trailer truck ran the rapper's vehicle off the road while he was driving in Baltimore, MD. Sigel was apprently not the driver of the car, but he did sustain injuries to his face, arms and legs. The rapper's injuries are presumably not severe, as he did not go to the hospital after the incident. It is not known, however, whether anyone else in the vehicle was injured.
