It has finally happened, as Gordon Brown has done what he should have done the night after last Thursday's General Election, resigning as Prime Minister of Britain. That surely means now that David Cameron is the man in the land to lead the Hung Parliament.

Hung Parliament and a lot of angry upset people in Britain right now. A lot. No one with outright power with Gordon Brown possibly slated to stunningly retain the Prime Minister position despite the Labour party having a torrid time (but expected to resign since everyone basically can't stand him over there), as the UK seems primed to have their first Hung Parliament in 36 years.
