Okay folks, the Straight Jacket Award of the week, given to the nuttiest individual of the week with the most news impact, will be given later tonight. The two favorites for this award are clearly both Sue Lowden and Jan Brewer, with me favoring Lowden only because we can laugh at her "Chicken Bartering", while we can't laugh at Brewer signing "The Lou Dobbs" Bill into law two days ago. However though, there is one candidate that on other weeks would be a prime target for the prize.
