Another thing that have been apparent this morning from the outside view is boring American Morning on CNN and MSNBC's Mourning Joke is the fact that they continue to ask the supposed controversial questions on Sotomayor now even as the weeks pass and her confirmation is all but guaranteed outside of some utterly bizarre moment. "Was she racist against the white firefighters?" "Is she a judicial activist?" "Was she only here based on affirmative action?" All of those inane interrogative moments and more that are along the same lines has already started up again this morning, and will continue for the rest of the day.
