Ivica Olic, who blew a clear cut chance in the 1st half, scored the game winning goal to give Bayern Munich a 2-1 advantage over their England opponents after leg one of their quarterfinal tie. And that goal came a few moments after Rooney was stepped on in midfield, leading to him hobbling off at match's end in obvious pain. The injury didn't look all that good considering the fact that the England striker didn't put any weight on his ailing left foot while egressing the pitch.
