Photo from Kasandra Perkins In just my opinion, the coward that was Jovan Belcher was in full control of what he was doing in tragically killing the mother of his daughter Kasandra Perkins. And he knew in his moment of rage that what he did was so regrettable later on that he decided to take himself out instead of face the consequences of his horrific and sad action. He feared and knew that he would lose the football life that he loved due to just that one moment of incorrigible behavior and could not live with his life changing decision in prison for many years to come. What's also telling is how drunk and party oriented Belcher was during the season and 48 hours prior to the game. Would Belcher even place himself in this position of hard social living if the Chiefs were actually not as awful as they have been this season?
