They can't even do clever Photoshopping well. AmericaBlog has been all over BP trying to get on their "inner Adobe Photoshop" the last three days. What makes this story even more extraordinary is the fact that you have the corporate media actually give bloggers/left journalists credit. The Washington Post, who basically morphs back into the Washington Toast with how Bill Arkin fails to attribute Timothy Sherlock and Jeremy Scahill on writing his "American Top Secret" (more on that latter) a while ago story, actually did something kind of cool. Post writer Steven Mufson actually gives America Blog and Gawker credit for identifying how much deceiving clowns these pathetic people are. Now if only he could tell that to Arkin and the rest of his staff.

And worse and worse : Newsflash: John McCain is no maverick—and has never been one. From a David Margolick Newsweek article : "Maverick" is a mantle McCain no longer claims; in fact, he now denies he ever was one. "I never considered myself a maverick," he told me. "I consider myself a person who serves the people of Arizona to the best of his abilities." At least he didn't deny that Meghan McCain is his daughter.

It takes a really special stupid and/or mendacious person to basically make Rachel Maddow very very upset on her television show (or anyone else for that matter). Scott Brown is that special individual. And the story that we all know now has actually continued because Scott Brown is a very stupid man who struggles to be forthright and respectful. Never would I have thought that I would be calling for the presence of Meghan McCain (still pissed her father didn't win) or think that she isn't as annoying as she always is. Last night, this shame of an individual in this photo, College Republican Ashley Todd, said that she was attacked and badly beaten by a black man at an ATM last night in Pittsburgh. To add insult to injury, Todd than said that after the flogging, the individual wrote a "B" on her face, indicating his support for Barack Obama.
