Here is an officer, regardless of the rose colored background painted of him by his lawyers , who virtually showed no signs of discretion in not only falsely pulling out his gun instead of a taser on Oscar Grant, but then proceeded to shoot this departed man in the back of the head while his hands were handcuffed. Yes, that is the entire story. For those upset over the handling of the Sean Bell trial, the argument of being in the cops favor is weaken 10 times more in this case. While still a ridiculous statement, the defenders of the officers who fired 50 rounds at Bell's car with no return shooting argue that "Bell had it coming to him by ramming his car and not stopping."
