The Whole Delivery

Let's just say that this week's batch won't necessarily be apart of the Plays of The Year: In comparison to the last few weeks, this week didn't have a spectacular standout, definitive number one highlight. Instead, I had to basically give the top play based on a combination of factors making it worthy of pole position. With that being the reasoning this week, Kerry Collins second touchdown pass to Justin Gage to seal the Titans undefeated record to 10-0 against the Jaguars is this week's top play. So complicated was this week and its lack of standout memorable plays, that I had a whopping seven plays this week apart of this list, plus a "Call of the week that was so good from the great Matt Vasergian" of Fox, making it eight plays total this week for your viewing pleasure. Once again, you can comment here, or there .

There were a lot of great plays this week in the NFL. Of course, Kevin Boss leaping hurdle stays on its own merit (and it is number one here of course), but the four others on this list are definitely quality. And #2, #3, and #4, could have been the number one play on some other Plays Of The Week segments. The run through, and the Youtube link to comment there , or here: 5. The Jets defense with Calvin Pace scoring 4. Reggie Wayne's deflected catch and spin move for the touchdown 3. DeAngelo Williams great effort leading to a touchdown against a woeful Raiders tacking effort 2. Will Blackmon's masterful punt return for the touchdown. 1. The Boss of course.

Link Bonus: Anquan Boldin's return, with a touchdown reception #5:Favre to Coles for winning touchdown against the Chiefs #4:Jacoby Jones punt return for a TD #3:Santana Moss punt return for a TD #2:Steve Smith tremendous TD #1:Joe Flacco continues to impress, this time catching a pass from Troy Smith to earn Week 8's Top Play.

5. Terrell Suggs of the Ravens with the interception return for a touchdown against the Dolphins 4. Sebastian Janikowski of the Raiders with the winning field goal against the Jets 3. Chris Johnson of the Titans with the long touchdown run against the Chiefs 2. Nick Collins of the Packers with the zig zag interception return for a touchdown against the Colts 1. Aaron Rouse of the Packers with the length of the field interceptions against the Colts
