As David Dayen explains so well , some of the stuff in the proposed budget won't be enacted. A major mistake though is why the Obama Administration is hell bent on making these markers on what the unemployment percentage will be at certain intervals. Both policy and politic wise, it is a poor move for them, and an easy one for critics to bring back to everyone's mind if they don't reach those stated goals.
