A myriad of criticism has been directed at Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s restrained handling of her city’s massive riots the last two days, as the delicate balance of whether a government should enforce strong action on its citizens is once again under debate. That conundrum has placed Rawlings-Blake into a current "Damned if you do, damned if you don't" place, where she will inflame social media activists if police force is continuously active like it was on Tuesday night, or further incensed outsiders that have slammed her for her police department's lack of aggressive on Monday.  Rawlings-Blake adamantly defended her decisions for a calm, hands off response from her police department hours after mostly young adults and teenagers began their raiding of local stores and locations throughout West Baltimore. For Atletico-Real:  The law of advantages say that it is time for Real to take back ownership of the Madrid derby, a derby that Atletico has dominated this season as much as Real use to before the days of Diego Simeone on the Atletico touchline. But there just isn't a clear sign for that to happen other than.....the law of advantages.  With both teams full strength, there are just going to be no excuses for who doesn't make it the semifinal. Pepe and Sergio Ramos were unavailable for the 4-0 demolition in the Calderon (so too Marcelo), completing the 6-game winless streak los Blancos are suffering under their beleaguered crosstown rivals. In honor of Furious 7 being the biggest grossing debut ever for a movie, here is the lead song to the series' second movie after the shockingly successful first movie. It's from Sir Ludacris with a song that isn't played that much anymore. It's "Act a Fool" from Ludacris, the second Flashback Friday choice after the first one . With him getting back to some relevance thanks to "Love and Hip-Hop", Omarion is back on the scene with decent momentum now. Despite how lazy the video was, "Post to Be" with Chris Brown, Jhene Aiko, and DJ Mustard's similar pattern is a "club hit." So it's only fitting that we take it back a decade ago at this time with the first solo single of Omarion's career after the B2K drama ended. Though "IceBox" is his most popular song to date, for me, this one has been the best from him. It's "O", the first Flashback Friday song of several for this Friday. As Serena Williams continues her campaign for the 2015 BNP Paribas Open title, one major thing lost in her remarkable return to the Indian Wells tennis center  last week is the criminal justice group she surprisingly has highlighted. The Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) was certainly an organization foreign to many people's ears when the legendary tennis player announced not only her Coachella Valley return but that her fans would be donating at least $10 to the EJI in a competition to meet her at Indian Wells. But the organization's noble ethos is something that can't be ignored, as the Alabama based non-profit center is focused on the unjust, racist incarceration system and racial inequality issues that still plague America, especially black and brown Americans.
