The Flashback Fridays for 2016 really gets into high gear on the third Friday of the new year. It's the debut single a decade ago that put Ne-Yo on the journey from talented behind the scenes songwriter to platinum star artist. With the fine production effort of the Neff-U, Rob Feemstar, giving the instrumental, it's the artist Shaffer Smith with Peddi Crakk with "Stay."
