A Rochester billionaire set this all up, because of his taxes raising. Unbelievable

Mr. Golisano, a billionaire business executive, had spent heavily to help Mr. Smith and other Democrats win control of the Senate in the November election, and was angry to hear they were now planning to raise taxes on the wealthy. He expected an audience befitting a major financial patron.

And because he ddidn't expect this, he orchestrated another ignominious chapter in the history of a corrupt legislature. Maybe the most ignominious.

It is so ironic, comical, and sad that what Golisano said here is really true:

“Don’t talk to me about ethical background in Albany.”

And said that before proceeding to talk about Patterson's private life.

Only in Albany.
