This move, despite them being 3-6, is still very surprising. Ralph Wilson normally doesn't do the "firing the coach in the middle of the season" bit. And frankly, it really isn't common around the league in comparison to the NBA, the NHL or MLB.

What a forgettable mess it has become in Buffalo.

And they are only 3-6, not 2-7 or 1-8.

Even Rob Marinelli was allowed to finish the season. And with this move, they should have gotten rid of Jauron last season, when expectations were high then instead of now.
