Matchday four of this season's installment of the Champions League, as with each night of this competition, featues the big clubs in Europe getting all the shine.

But after tonight's attention, a minnow has deservedly received just as much of the spotlight as the giants, especially after beating one of those giants.

FC Zurich was that samll team, as they went to the Giuseppe Meazza and defeated an obviously out of form and turmoil ridden AC Milan team 1-0. The veteran defender Hannu Tihinen scored in the 10th minute to bring even more heat on Milan coach Leonardo. It's going to be hard to see him make it through this game, but you never know. Maybe the only bright spot for Milan on this night (from an American prospective) is Oguchi Onewyu playing, and playing well. But the only reason he played was because Alessandro Nesta got injured.

Just keeps getting worse and worse for then Rossineri.

Speaking of coaches potentially on the brink of getting axed, Atletico Madrid's Abel Resino watched his side continue their miserable start to their year with a 2-0 loss to their Iberian rivals FC Porto, who knocked them out of the competition last year. When their offense doesn't show up, that doesn't bold well for the other Madrid team.

But their crosstown rivals are in full bliss on the other end, as Real Madrid got two more from Cristiano Ronaldo to defeat Marseille 3-0 at the Bernabeu. But it wasn't easy at all, as their "Ligue 1" guests were threatening and probably should of had a lead at halftime through the clever play of Senegal forward Mamadou Niang.

In the first match of the day, CSKA Moscow got goals from Alan Dzagoev and Milos Krasic to defeat Besiktas 2-1 today. In the other Group B fixture, Manchester United had to comeback from Edin Dzeko 's opening header to defeat German champion Wolfsburg 2-1. A defected free kick goal for Ryan Giggs tied it, and a class thunderbolt winner from Michael Carrick ensured a satisfying but very tough three points for United.

The other English team in action, Chelsea, didn't have to worry about coming from behind, as Nicolas Anelka's superb 18th minute style was enough for the Blues 1-0 win over a gritty Apoel side. Michael Ciani's timely 83rd minute goal gave Bordeaux a clutch three points at home over Maccabi Haifa, who certainly were unfortunate to come away with nothing.

And in the marquee match of the night that turned out to be a dub, Juventus and Bayern Munich drew 0-0.

That's your night of Champions League action. Play will resemble 13 days later. Goodbye, for now.
