The 30th Anniversary of the old school video game Pac-Man is on Saturday. While you may be a huge Pac-Man fan there are a few interesting facts that you might not have known:

The original title of Pac-Man was "Pakku-Man" in Japan. In American the original title was to be "Puck-Man" but game makers thought teens would vandalize the machines to change the first letter to F.

- The sound effect "paku-paku" is a Japanese onomatopoeic for the sound effect of opening and closing the mouth in succession. An onomatopoeic is a word that sounds like the action. Other onomatopoeias are Swish, bam, boom, meow and, zip.
