HAPPY BIRTHDAY To The Whole Delivery

September 3, 2008 marks the official day of the Whole Delivery beginning and launching.

Now previously, the Delivery had many posts before September 3, 2008. Especially in that month of August with the Bejing Olympics going on last year, there were many posts with the site, but the direction of the site wasn't figured out yet.

But once the National Conventions of both parties ended, and senior year of school commenced, the direction of the site (or at least the basics) were figured out.

I didn't just want to make this into a sappy blog about one person and all. That was never this website's intention, and it WILL NEVER be.

And I like to make the distinction of saying the word "website" instead of " blog" for a reason. Yes, it is still in the blogger template and all, but the connotation on the word "blog" (unless you're one in the current condition of Duncan Black or John Amato to name a few, who have slaved in the dark days to be where they are at now) can easily diminish the perception of an otherwise great website or blog that isn't just a "blog."

The website medium is big, and if a following grows from a site, whether it is through fancy Dreamweaver protocol or just plain old throwback HTML/XML, then God bless that publisher (or publishers) for their diligence. Someone must have led to people coming back and back to see the growth of a site that caught their eye and attention for at least one time. Something had to.

And that is the desire of this website, thought I won't run away from the title "blogger." The little guy emanates from that label, and standing up for the little guy I will always do (and so will everyone who I allow to write for this site).

Because I am that little guy still, and will always be, no matter how far I go.

And let it be known, The Whole Delivery will always have the biggest heart, no matter how it can potentially continue to aggrandize as time progresses.

Thank you all readers for an amazing year, for coming back when this site was virtually down through the early months of this year and throughout many other times as well because of school work and figuring out the direction of this site and its protocol.

And I will continue, along with possibly a few others, to give you not just 99.999%.

But, The Whole Delivery.

1st official post: And to look at the first post, here it is, including the highlighted video, thanks to Peggy "Reagan groupie" Noonan.
