Music Thread #1 For 12/3/09: The Pleasure P Fallout Continues (Updated with Pleasure P Response)

It continues to get even uglier for former Pretty Ricky front man Pleasure P. What is even more crazy about this situation is how shocked one of his former mates acted with how the news of child molestation leaked out online.

Late Wednesday, court documents, reportedly sealed in Florida, were released on Twitter highlighting Pleasure P's legal name Marcus Cooper and an order demanding that he no longer have contact with a four year old male child in his family.

Confirming the seal, Spectacular of Pretty Ricky replied allegations on Twitter, stating "WOW! Who told u that!?? That was sealed!" (Photos of documents related to the allegations may be seen HERE.)

Those documents are so damning. And making it even more disturbing is the fact that the molestation appears to have happened with his own family

The daughter of Pleasure P’s lawyer is now coming out on Twitter to reveal what she says is the truth about the R&B star. She says that he molested several children, including a 3-year old boy and a 4-year old girl who are his niece and nephew. This is the Twitter page of the woman who is speaking out against Pleasure P. Why is she speaking? Because apparently Pleasure P is very behind on his lawyer bills.

That woman who leaked the documents indicating that "P" not be allowed to be within a certain distance of the boy has those same documents as her backdrop page on Twitter.

Not I don't know if that is a legally smart thing of her to do and all, making those documents part of her Twitter page. In fact, it really is a DUMB thing to do.

But the damage has been done.

And it would be even more awkward if Pleasure P actually won an award (though I doubt he would have won even if these revelations didn't come out) in one of the three categories he was nominated for a Grammy last night.

Sadly, he will win the award of being someone's "jokeline" today. Unless they aren't done with a certain golfer, that is.

All of the recent rumors and accusations that are being circulated about me are 100% false. They are disgusting and vile; and they are being spread by individuals with their own sick agendas. The purported documents that are also being circulated are forgeries. I have never met or known anyone by the name of "AGoldstein" or Laura Goldstein or Ashley Goldstein, which I believe are fictitious names. I have never been represented by an attorney named Goldstein. For someone to go to such depths to assassinate my character and slander my good name is truly criminal. My attorneys are investigating this matter and will take all necessary and appropriate action to protect my name and reputation.

Obviously, the person who leaked out the email is, well, voicing her response back on Twitter.
