The Break #2 For 8/12/10: Judge Walker Lifts Stay, Gay Marriage Is Back In California Starting August 18

The good news has been brought, as Judge Walker has lifted the stay on gay marriages in California, meaning it is back on in the state.

Here is a live stream from ABC 7 in San Francisco there on the ruling.

The stay will be lifted on August 18, a smart decision by Judge Walker so there wouldn't be major chaos all over the place today.
