Music Thread #1 for 12/4/08: Hopefully He Isn't Taking This Too Seriously

As you can see, Stephen Colbert is making fun of Kanye's album. Now, on his twitter page, here's how Kanye responded:
Now, even if West maybe just jesting with Colbert, couldn't he has picked a better response, or better choice of words?
Because it still gives some, including myself, the belief that Kanye maybe was not being facetious as Colbert was. In fact, it gives some reason to believe, until another clarification comes through, that Kanye didn't take too kindly to what "Mr.Truthiness" said.
And if he didn't, just add another unfortunate chapter in a growing list of them for West.
