The Sleep Time and Rise "n" Thread for 9/21-22/08: McCain's Latest Stupid Obstinance Could End the Election Tomorrow

The reason for the dramatic title will be justified after you not only read this, but also watch tonight's 60 Minutes over and over again in total shock and disbelief.

After placing himself as the Greatest Gaffer of All-Time, John McCain may have finally showed how improper that moniker is for him. Because it becomes more than just uttering a state of gaffes after gaffes each day: It is a consistent mental condition of being "Out of touch", stubborn, idiotic, and a massive health concern to the citizens of this country.

Especially after this comment that will basically have every Republican, even the most staunchest supporter of McCain's in Oklahoma, question if they want to vote for this man.

From Satyam at Think Progress, that user reports something from 60 Minutes tonight that is of the level of extreme "Regress."
Q: In 1999, you were one of the senators who helped pass deregulation of Wall Street. Do you regret that now?

McCAIN: No. I think the deregulation was probably helpful to the growth of our economy.

McCain talks about Obama being reluctant to admit that "The Surge worked," and so does the dummies in the media. But that of course is nowhere near the irrational and downright scary display of stubborness from the Arizona Senator yet again (and of course, Obama has been right in being "stubborn". His flip-flops this week, and then refusal to even say for a moment he "regretted passing the bill" in order to not show weakness on 60 Minutes tonight displayed how unbelivably weak as a candidate for President of the United States of America (and as a human being) this man has become over the course of this year (and the several previous ones).

Make no mistake that if this goes viral, which it should and probably will since it was on CBS, that the election could be over tomorrow.

And in fact, after it should have been over long before, it maybe will be over, now.
