Music Thread #1 For 7/22/10 (1st Version): He's Not Looking Like A Boss At All.

If you are a friend of this fool, you may not want to view this post.

Bhahahaha, this clown is getting slapped around hard by even the family on the one who kind of owns that moniker:
The Miami rapper should have gotten the okay from his family first, Carmine Agnello, 24, told the Daily News Tuesday.

"My grandfather paid his dues for that nickname. That was my grandfather's life," Agnello said.

John Gotti was dubbed the "Teflon Don" after winning acquittal after acquittal in the 1980s. He was finally convicted of murder and racketeering in 1992.

"He should have asked for permission. A standup, respectable guy would come and ask 'If I could use the nickname,'" Agnello, who is trying to launch a music career under the name Carmine Gotti, said of Ross. "I think he's a great artist, but you can't just start calling yourself that to sell records ...He wants to go for that whole image, but hey, be yourself."

And here's the punch to the gut:
Then he took another swipe at the 34-year-old, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts.

"Only in America can you go from being a corrections officer to calling yourself Teflon Don," Agnello said, noting Ross' former career.
Yeah, this has just been a prominent example of someone "getting verbally bodied."

Haha, for the CD hype, it looks like he may sell just that much?
Next week, it looks like Rick Ross' fourth studio album "Teflon Don" could be the Billboard 200's new No. 1, as industry prognosticators predict the set might sell somewhere around the 150,000 to 180,000 range.

Ross' first three studio efforts all debuted at No. 1 as well, with his last one, 2009's "Deeper Than Rap," arriving with 158,000. Eminem's "Recovery," which has been No. 1 for four weeks running, will likely slide to No. 2.
And usually, those numbers are lower when they officially come in. So for all of those guest appearances on an eleven track album, those numbers certainly aren't this wananbe mob boss desired end totals.

Speaking of the former police officer, this clip of him on Chelsea Lately with Lil Jon and Big Boi last night how Chelsea is the most underrated late night host in my mind. She is certified quality.

Unlike Big Boi and Lil Jon, that Ricky guy was very uncomfortable when thhey talked about Lohan's jail time.
