"Palin Pimpin" The Party For EveryThing But Prada

First, I'll let the video explain, since I probably don't feel you "Photoshopping" another hilarious photo.

Last night, this story broke on Keith Olbermann. Then Rachel Maddow continued to talk about.

Today, it has literally become the theme of the day. And it shows how not only Palin, but the SOP is out of touch with the country. Meanwhile, a great Kos "diary" from enamore22 reminds us of this:
"Senator Obama was doing press interviews by telephone in a holding room between events. Sometime later as he was getting ready to begin his event, he asked me if I was photographing his shoes. When I said yes, he told me that he had already had them resoled once since he entered the race a year earlier. Providence, R.I., 3/1/2008."

Now, back to the Out of Touch people like Governor Palin:

The base has been angry about this "distribution of wealth" for Palin's wardrobe. Very angry.

And wouldn't you too, no matter how deep of a Republican you are being crossed about seeing and hearing your money that you contributed to the campaign in order to win, only for it to get used to buy someone clothes?

Damn clothes.

Before we talk about the RNC spent on her (if the video didn't tell you already), just look at what Kos' front page writer Kagro X tells us today about "your money" bring spent on Palin and her family:
$150,000 shopping sprees (at all the best "elitist" shops, no less), on the Republican National Committee tab.

$21,012 worth of free flights for her daughters, charged to the state.

All this, when she already makes $125,000 a year as governor and pockets an extra $22,883 in energy extraction royalties.

Sarah Palin is a chisler supreme.

All of which makes the fact that she charged $16,951 in expenses charged to the state, including 312 per diem allowances for staying in her own home just that much more amazing.

Get all of that. Now back to that breaking Politico article, which led to both Olbermann and Maddow covering this:
According to financial disclosure records, the accessorizing began in early September and included bills from Saks Fifth Avenue in St. Louis and New York for a combined $49,425.74.

The records also document a couple of big-time shopping trips to Neiman Marcus in Minneapolis, including one $75,062.63 spree in early September.

The RNC also spent $4,716.49 on hair and makeup through September after reporting no such costs in August.

She's such a (corrupt) golddigger, that I need to bring Kanye and Jammie Foxx into this one:

"Out of touch, not a care in the world Sad Obnoxious Party" politics. It is their specialty.
