10/22/08- TWD's Agenda For the Day: The Blowout is Shaping Still

(Original Photo from scrapetv.com)

Is someone trying to run up the score? I think he, and America, is?

(For those who don't know what it means to "run up the score", it is a sports term that means that even if you are in the "lead" at anytime during the game, you continue to score as many points as possible to make your lead as big as you can make it. And Obama, along with Biden of course, is doing just that (as McCain and Palin are helping him in their own pathetic campaign.):

And that is behind nice. We highlighted that CBS poll last week. Here is that NBC/WSJ poll from yesterday showing Obama up by 10. And this is the always conscious NBC/WSJ poll. From the same article, look at this quote:
“To me, the voters have reached a comfort level with Barack Obama,” says Democratic pollster Peter D. Hart, who conducted the survey with Republican pollster Neil Newhouse. “The doubts and question marks have been erased.”

But it gets worst for McCain and Palin. The ABC has them down by 9. The Gallup has them down 10. The Pew Poll has them down by 14.

14! (And this is just the national poll. I won't even get further into how ugly it is in the state polls.)

The Blowout is Shaping if McFallin and Falin' continue to embarrass themselves (yes, that link is a must click because it will be a post later). Now wouldn't it be more embarrassing if he actually slipped under 37?

And take a lot at this two part series on the front page of DK today from Mr.Moulitsas himself.
Part 1:
A data point discussed by DemFromCT yesterday, gleaned from the latest NYT/CBS poll:

Mr. Obama’s favorability is the highest for a presidential candidate running for a first term in the last 28 years of Times/CBS polls. Mrs. Palin’s negative rating is the highest for a vice-presidential candidate as measured by The Times and CBS News. Even Dan Quayle, with whom Mrs. Palin is often compared because of her age and inexperience on the national scene, was not viewed as negatively in the 1988 campaign.

And Part 2:
While arguing that he was inexperienced could've gained traction pre-Palin, the stuff about being a Muslim Marxist Manchurian candidate was simply, well, ludicrous.

And you need to literally see that if you get a chance, because it is indeed gut bust funny and stunning to read.

Fallin and Floppin is the Sad Obnoxious Party these days. I know Teddy Roosevelt must be rolling and then some in his grave.

Busy schedule today at TWD, and it it located as always in the Comments section.
