Your company that everyone knows, with a product that everyone knows, and a problem that everyone knows (and for those who have it, have that exact problem ) is in a situation that is "just blown out of proportion!"
My goodness Steve, all this attention on you and how your new product that you knew had a big problem is all just unnecessary and annoying.
I guess people writing that you granted everyone receive free cases/bumpers or a refund for your royal screw up is just one big "blown out of proportion" deal as well.
Then again, maybe your company is just one big "Blown Out of proportion" in general.

Jobs acknowledged the problem, then offered evidence that people don’t really care because the phones are still selling like hot cakes. Not only that, but other phones have the exact same problem. And it only affects less than one percent of all iPhone 4s anyway. Still, we love our customers so much we are giving them al free cases. Any questions?Then you can brush off the criticism and go back to your happy arrogant ways!
