The House of Lords For 7/15/10: The Fin Reg, Scott Brown Final Vote Passes 60-39, With Feingold Voting No

Brown has voted for it, along with that wonderful duo of Collins and Snowe. Feingold seems to have voted against it after doing so on cloture.

And Ben Nelson voted for it.

Gregg voted no despite loving TARP so much this week.

Update : Now they are onto the conference vote with the fixes (sort of like Health insurance reform all over again!). And it's 60-39, same end result.
