Because 1247 to Them Equals "Zero"

Thanks to a great "diary" from a user name JSN from the Kos, the absolute insanity of the Republicans continuing to reiterate their message of Barack Obama having no legislative record of anything (or anything "important") is even more than just absolute insanity. It's another depressing sight of how mentally unstable these people are.

From John "Prisoner of W" McCain:

My friends -- (interrupted by cheers, applause) -- I have that record and the scars to prove it. Senator Obama does not. (Cheers, applause.)

From Sarah -Lying- Palin:

"There is much to like and admire about our opponent. But listening to him speak, it's easy to forget that this is a man who has authored two memoirs but not a single major law or even a reform, not even in the state senate." (Cheers, applause.)

From Rudy "Me-liani" Giuliani, who went so long on Wednesday that he went too long and didn't allow the RNC to show Palin's "bio" video.

Not a personal attack, a statement of fact. Barack Obama has never led anything, nothing! Nada!

There were also ridiculous quotes from Mitt Romney and Mike Hucklabee, but showing all of them may deteriorate this blog even further.

All of that "He's done nothing, he has no record, you can't trust him to do 'change'" is typical of the lies the SOP have gotten away with in the past. And the reason why they have been successful at outright fabrication is because the media either is too lazy to do SIMPLE fact checking on these tall tales, or even worse, they know these lies but they refuse to correct them. Because if they did correct them, it may hurt their ratings and their talking head's chances to vallidate "How great their network is!

The fact of the matter is this: Since his days in the Illnois State Senate, Obama has played a part in not 1, 2, or "zero" legislative bills or anything in his whole time in all government (and that includes the U.S. Senate), but 1247. Yes, 1247 for a man who they say "has no record."

1247 comes from 820 laws Obama sponsored in the Illinois State Senate, 427 bills that Obama has co-sponsored in the U.S. Senate, and 152 is what Obama has authorized.

This man gets things done.

And that on a scale of 0 to 10 with the latter number being the highest, there is no way in hell (unless you are a supporter or apart of the SOP) you can give this "a zero."
