Palin: Hamas? What Hamas? (Thanks to the Young Turks); Voter Suppression in Virginia?

The Young Turks, led by Cenk Ugar, is tremendous. Here's a quick bio:
The Young Turks, the first nationwide liberal talk show and first live, daily internet TV show, is a funny, smart, irreverent and entertaining look at politics, sex, news, pop culture, current affairs and personal stories. The show airs live online Monday to Friday from 6 - 9 pm ET. On XM Satellite Radio catch the show Monday to Friday from 8 - 10 am ET on channel 167.
And here is Cenk with a massive find, the latest clip in how horrible Sarah Palin's interview was with Katie Couric. In fact, this is the scariest, most alarming excerpt from the interview, and it shows just how reckless a choice John McCain has made. Stupid, reckless, f(explextive) moronic he is for picking this Governor. He has literally put this country at great risk with this decision, and if you haven't realize that, hopefully you will after you see this:

In this day and age, how the hell are you, running for the second most powerful position in the world, and claim to talk about "stop terrorists" as one of your main "talking points", not even know a DAMN SINGLE thing about Hamas.

You know what, Biden shouldn't have to even come to the debate tomorrow. It should just be Iffel and Palin talking, with the whole country watching. Because this is utterly humiliating for me as an American having this party and this ticket have a 50/50 chance of becoming the leaders of the "free world" (and I use those quotation marks strongly).

They have gone past the threshold as laughingstocks of this country. Instead, both McCain and Palin have become unquestionably terrifying.

And speaking of that ominous phrase, once again, the Republican Party is at it again with their desperate, unpatriotic, autocratic attempt at finding any sneaky way of preventing people to vote, especially the college kids in this nation, and particularly, in Virginia. You will want to curse after reading this, with thanks from ProgressiveSouth at the Kos for bringing this terrible news up:
Virginia has emerged as one of the tightest swing states in the 2008 presidential election. Every vote will count.

Especially the votes of young Virginians. According to the latest state statistics, 42% of Virginia's more than 284,100 new registrants are college-aged, between 17 and 25 years old. An astounding 50,000 new voters in Virginia are 18 years old.

But new reports are showing that the rights of college students to vote in Virginia are still being challenged by election officials using an exceedingly narrow interpretation of state residency laws, potentially disenfranchising tens of thousands of young voters.

Please, if you have anybody in Virginia (or anywhere else), get this word out. And anybody supporting these corrupt practices should be ashamed of their damn selves.

Update: This still hasn't stopped Obama for getting a stunningly big lead in Virginia at the moment (Obama 53, McCain 44 in a CNN poll). I hate polls, I really do. However, this is saying something. In Red State Virginia, RED STATE VIRGINIA, a state that even Bill Clinton didn't come close to winning, Obama is up by this much.

The blowout is starting to shape up. And if you don't believe so, then you probably better now.
